The hotel is a safe, clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay to explore Naples!

The room was comfortable, clean and moderate in size but sufficiently large for two people. It is located in the historic district so very convenient for walking around. The breakfast was very good! The hotel also accommodated our request for an early arrival (given the timing of our flight).

Some of the staff were quite warm, helpful and friendly. Some appeared to be a bit more cool and perhaps, unhappy with their situations?

Excellent location with easy access to all main attractions and facilities. Quick journey to and from airport.

Useful overnight stay

Excellent location, hotel very secure, area immediately outside felt safe. Small garden and pool provided welcome respite in a hectic city, good breakfast

Although there is a small finger post outside you have to look hard for a buzzer high up on left, once inside a large private courtyard with offices it is not clear that the hotel entrance is tucked away at top left corner. Room 212 was large with a separate bedroom that I didn’t need- there was a flight of stairs up to room and 2 large steps into bathroom with no handrails- the floors were highly polished and very slippery. The only window is in corner of room at floor level looking onto exterior wall

We felt it was just okay, and potentially even overpriced for the amenity offered.

Secure cute hotel, has a pool, convenient location.

That my children were told not to touch something on display in the lobby. I understand that art is art, but this lobby is VERY small, and this 'art' is right in the middle of it, in a high traffic area, one could even touch it by accident. Its a very bright statue with many bright colours and made up of little fun objects, naturally enticing to children. Its unreasonable to expect that children should not touch something in the middle of a hotel lobby.

Convenient hotel for what we wanted but really 3 star

Very close to archaeological museum and main streets of historic centre

Weird entrance through gated alleyway and masses of stairs. We were on top floor and as there is no lift, staff carried our luggage to the roof.

Wonderful

On first arrival you are not sure where the hotel is but on entering through large gates down a cobbled alleyway you enter this really lovely hotel in the centre of old Naples . Superbly situated, quiet with lovely pool and welcoming staff.

Not enough outdoor breakfast tables and nowhere to have a drink in the evening.

City Centre Oasis

A small oasis in the historic centre of Naples. Calm, quiet and very clean. Staff fantastic, room cool and airy (we had a garden room). Bed huge and very comfortable.

It’s not a dislike - would have just like a coffee machine in room to make it 10/10.

Superb staff, delicious breakfast & a welcome swimming pool

A little oasis in a hectic city. Everything easily accessible and staff were super attentive and keen to make sure you have the best stay. The swimming pool was a welcome antidote after time sightseeing. The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent wide selection to cater for all tastes.

The room could do with a few improvements aesthetically new pictures / a freshen up re decor. But very clean and functional.

Very Good

The rooms were delightful, and quite unique in terms of hotel accommodation. The location was perfect for visiting Naples City centre, which despite many negative reports we absolutely loved.

It takes a bit of finding, as it's at the back of other buildings that are on the main street. There is however a finger sign attached to a post on the pavement that I missed to see.

An oasis!

The location of the hotel is just fantastic. The inner yard with the pool is a welcome relief from the hustle and heat of the city. As we stayed for a too short a time we could not have made use of the upper terrace. Breakfast was nice, bigger choice of fruits and vegetables would have been nice.

An oasis indeed!

So much better than I expected. Off a busy street into a calm oasis with a lovely pool. Our room was on the roof terrace which was very nice. Love the design of the exterior with coloured glass windows at the front. Felt very authentic and boutiquey. Napoli is amazing by the way!

Maybe not one of the best breakfasts we have had on our 2 week trip around Italy but it was fine.

Nice place to stay for a quick visit.

It was a beautiful old building, very nice lounge spaces, and outdoor area. It was also very quiet, even though it’s in the middle of the city. The gentleman who worked the night shift was awesome! Super helpful.

The air conditioning barely worked - only blew warm air, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The location itself is rather hard to find/get to by car, because it’s nestled into the heart of walking areas. Once you get there it’s not bad because it’s very walkable.
